Note: The above matrix is labelled, and listed in the Columbia ledgers, as "The Augereau Grenadiers" sung by Gladys Ancram, side 7 of the album set that forms the main part of this CD. The set as issued however does not in fact contain any recording of that song, but has two different takes (sides 7 and 14, our tracks 14 and 24) of the Act III buffo duet instead - obviously a clerical error by the recording engineer who misnumbered one matrix as "76573-2" rather than "76574-3".
